A 36-year-old man with links to Norwich is wanted by police.
Officers would like to speak with Michael Ferrie in connection with a theft from a vehicle in Colchester.
He also has links with Ipswich and Colchester.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Essex Police quoting the crime reference number 42/92108/23.
