A man was seen with a knife in a city street this morning.
Police were called to Marlborough Road in the NR3 area of Norwich at 9.13am today (September 20).

Several people in the area at the time said they did not hear anything.
One man has been arrested and a police car could be seen near the Marlborough Arms pub.
