One person was taken to hospital following a three-vehicle crash on a main road leading to the A47.
Police were called at 8.21am today (September 19) to the B1172 Norwich Road between Thickthorn and Colney Lane at Hethersett, Norwich.
Two people were assessed by paramedics at the scene and one person was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Fire crews from Hethersett and Earlham were called to the scene to assist the East of England Ambulance Service and police at 8.25am.
They were stood down at 8.50am.
The road was closed and reopened shortly after 9am.
