Vintage fashion lovers have plenty to look forward to in and around Norwich this autumn.
From fashion shows to flea markets, here are seven sustainable fashion events not to miss.
1. An evening with Karen James-Welton
As part of the city's first Slow Fashion Week, stylist Karen James-Welton will hold a talk at the Nansa charity shop in Magdalen Street on September 20 at 7pm.
Attendees will receive advice about fashion and shopping sustainably.
2. Lou-Lou's Vintage Fair
This touring vintage fair has been named the best in the UK three times and is popular among city folk.
On offer are vintage clothing, jewellery, collectables and homeware sourced by specialist independent traders.
Lou-Lou's Vintage Fair makes its return to Norwich at The Halls on October 8.
3. ReDo's Thrift Fashion
On September 24, ReDo Norfolk is hosting its second annual fashion event at the Mercure Hotel in Boundary Road.
Four local charities will hold pop-up stalls and various fashion shows will showcase styles ranging from activewear to bridalwear.
4. ReDo Jumble
ReDo also hosts regular vintage jumble sales selling a range of clothes and retro bric-a-brac.
There are upcoming sales on October 21 in Thorpe End and November 11 in Taverham.
5. Norwich Vintage Kilo Sale
Worth The Weight is returning to St Andrews Hall on November 5 and will have nine tonnes of handpicked vintage and preowned stock for fashion lovers to look through.
After making their selections, customers then pay for its weight at £20 per kilo.
Early bird tickets are now available via Eventbrite.
6. John Lewis exhibition
John Lewis is hosting a vintage fashion exhibition on its mezzanine floor between September 19 and October 28 during Slow Fashion Week in Norwich.
It will showcase trends styled using pre-loved and vintage fashion and the department store will also loan items from its heritage library of garments for the exhibition.
7. New-U's Upcycle Challenge
People with all levels of upcycling experience are being offered the chance to win £100 in this competition.
Guests must repurpose old formalwear into something creative and fresh.
Creations need to be dropped off at the New-U store in Castle Quater by 4pm on October 7.
