All rise as a festival known as a 'Gastro-Glastonbury' returns to Norwich this weekend, featuring top chefs and bakers alongside chart-topping musicians.
Touring event Foodies Festival is back in Earlham Park for its second year from Friday, September 8 until Sunday, September 10 2023.
The three-day event features live cooking demonstrations from champions of TV shows, such as MasterChef and Great British Menu, and Michelin-starred chefs.

Among the local chefs appearing in Norwich are Richard Bainbridge of Benedicts, which holds three coveted AA Rosettes, and Galton Blackiston of the Michelin-starred Morston Hall.
The live music is also a big attraction, with the headliners an ABBA tribute band on Friday, the boyband Blue on Saturday and 90s stars Toploader on Sunday.

Duncan James from Blue said: "We are looking forward to performing all our hits and meeting the Foodies audience in Norwich."

Other highlights include the Kids Cookery School, Drinks Theatre, the Artisan Market, a chill-eating competition and a fairground.
