A city burger joint has branched out to start serving tacos with a birria gravy dip.
Fupburger, based at The Ten Bells pub in St Benedicts Street, has launched its 'Not Taco Tuesday' night.
The Mexican dish is inspired by the business' signature burger, with sweet pickle, red onions, a cheesy beef filling and a bacon crumb.
The £14 dish is served with a short rib birria dip - a slow-cooked meat broth - and a portion of chips.

Salik Miller, Fupburger's manager, said: "Everyone has been loving the new offerings so far and things have been selling out quickly, it's created a great buzz here early in the week when the pub tends to be quieter."
The birria sauce is packed with spices, chilies, and bay leaves and is simmered for 14 hours.

It comes as the firm is looking for a location for its new 'Fupinsmoke' restaurant.
Tom Shiers of Fupburger and Derek Hardy of Spanish restaurant Don Txoko are joining forces for the new project.
It will be a Texas barbecue and bourbon bar with food including beef brisket and chicken wings.
