After Morrisons pulled out of plans to move into the former Topshop site in Norwich city centre its replacement has been announced.
Work is currently under way to transform the site at 15-17 Haymarket into a huge Mountain Warehouse store.
There is already a branch of the outdoor clothing and equipment brand in nearby London Street but it is not yet known whether this shop will close for the relocation.

While Mountain Warehouse has not replied to our request for comment, a source confirmed it was moving into the site.
Mountain Warehouse has more than 330 stores across the UK, North America, Europe and New Zealand and earlier this month a new branch in the former M&Co in Cromer was also announced.
The chain is currently recruiting for various roles in the new Norwich shop on their website, including store manager, assistant manager, team leader and sales assistants.

The deadline for applications for team leader is August 26, the manager roles September 25 and sales assistants October 31.
Building work has now begun at the site, located at the top of Gentleman's Walk, which has been completely gutted ahead of the revamp.
Morrisons was previously expected to sign a 15-year lease in February 2023 ahead of a likely June opening date.

The supermarket giant had been hoping to open a store complete with deli counters in the former Topshop but at the start of August this year it revealed that it "doesn't have an agreement to take the unit".
The vacant unit has been plastered with graffiti in recent months, with slogans telling Morrisons to "move out or move over" and criticising that such a big building was empty while there are many people homeless.
Topshop in Norwich closed its doors in February 2021 and PPR Estates bought the building from the administrator for an undisclosed fee in October 2021.
PPR Estates has also been contacted for comment.
