An application to build 55 homes at a historic city centre site will be submitted "in the next two to three weeks", according to the project's planning consultant.
Proposals for a housing development at 125-133 King Street, next to Dragon Hall, were revealed last month - with developers Norwich River hoping to construct 38 apartments and 17 townhouses at the site.
The Grade II* listed buildings at 125-125A would be divided vertically into four townhouses, with gardens and parking to the rear, while the buildings at 127 and 129 would be converted into eight apartments.
The additional homes would be new builds on the remaining areas of the site.
A spokesman for planning consultants Waller Planning said some "minor changes" were now being made to the project following a public exhibition, and confirmed the official application "should be submitted within the next two to three weeks".
The plans will then be considered by Norwich City Council.
