The team at a popular Norwich venue has sprinkled some pixie dust on its new afternoon tea.
The Assembly House in Theatre Street is offering a magical Peter Pan Afternoon Tea from July 1 until September 17 2023.
It has been inspired by the adventures of the boy that never grows up on the make-believe island of Neverland.

In 1929, Peter Pan author J.M Barrie gifted his copyright to Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and the Assembly House’s official license will see a 50p donation from each tea going to the children’s hospital.
To start, guests will enjoy two tiers of sandwiches and savouries, including a Parmesan and Pistachio Pirate Hat Biscuit and Captain Hook’s Jolly Roger Bridge Roll.

There will also be warm sweet and savoury scones and treats including The Mermaid’s Lagoon Gateau Opera and a Peter Pan Macaron.
Chef director Richard Hughes, who has created the tea with head of pastry Mark Miston, said: "We are so excited to bring something to Norwich that has never been seen before - we hope will bring some real magic to our guests this summer."
Afternoon Tea costs £29.50pp or £18pp for under 12s, with pre-booking essential.
