The owner of a female-focused gym has launched a second Norwich location.

Imogen Clarke, 31, opened The Inspire Academy, in Page Road, Sweet Briar, following the success of Inspire Studio, in Roundtree Way, which she opened in June 2021.

The gyms offer a personal training studio and a programme of 120 classes a month, including spin, yoga, pump, step and circuits.

Miss Clarke, who has been a personal trainer since she was 18, said: "I want to get as many ladies as fit as possible.

"We wanted to create a place ladies felt comfortable training with no judgement, as gyms can be quite intimidating. We are for anyone, with classes for all abilities.

"There is such a lovely community already who go out and do social things together."

While the gym is aimed at females, males are welcome, and three of the personal trainers are male.
