A Norfolk bakery is on a roll as it gears up to open its second shop in the Norwich Lanes.

Loaf Microbakery will launch at 15 Dove Street, in the former home of Jane Richards Interiors, on Thursday, April 13.

It is run by couple Clare and Oliver Brown, both 47, and follows the success of the first Loaf in Wymondham, which opened in early 2021.

The city branch will operate as a takeaway and café, with everything on the menu plant-based.

The pair, who live in Great Hockham, has also teamed up with Wildfarmed to introduce regenerative grains to their products, which use environmentally-friendly methods.

Mrs Brown said: "I initially started baking for friends and family in lockdown to cheer them up and it was so well received that I decided to do deliveries, which led to the Wymondham shop and now Norwich.
