The former head chef of Erpingham House restaurant will cater a quirky seven-course taster menu on board an "Airbus A380 aeroplane".
City folk are invited to the unique experience this summer as theatre company Curious Directive revives its popular show Gastronomic.
When the production was last seen by an audience at Norwich Theatre's Studio in 2018 it had the help of top city chefs.

The original three chefs from the production were Richard Bainbridge from Norwich’s Benedicts Restaurant, Shiki’s head chef Shunsuke Tomii and Namaste Village head chef, Dalsukh Jetani.
And this year the first chef to be announced is Meg Greenacre, former head chef of the temporarily closed Erpingham House, returning from Sweden especially for the production.
The show casts its 43 audience members as passengers on board an evening flight to London Heathrow.

They enjoy the intricate menu as one of the many people who are eating on a plane around the globe at any one moment.
Sat in a circle around the stage the audience watch as the inner mechanics and processes of creating the dishes is shown in real-time.
Jack Lowe, artistic director, said: “It could not be timelier to be reviving Gastronomic.
“People are once again gathering for live, in-person experiences and theatre is one of the most powerful forums to air new ideas.
“I’m also delighted the present Gastronomic for what we think might be the longest-running professional theatre show Norwich has ever seen – before taking the show internationally.”
The show runs at St Simon and St Jude Church, a medieval church in Elm Hill, from May 18 to July 1 this summer.
Tickets are available from the Curious Directive website but with 21 performances currently sold out of 35, they will not be available for long.
