The opening date of a major coffee chain's new store in a city suburb has been revealed.
Work on building the new Costa Coffee drive-through store in the car park of Sprowston Retail Park, in Salhouse Road, began in September.
A planning application for the new premises was first lodged with Broadland District Council in 2019, resulting in the loss of 20 car parking spaces.

Work included ripping up a section of trees to make way for the business, which Royal London Asset Management - which owns the retail park - said some would be re-planted "once everything is in place".
Costa says the new store, planned to open at the end of April, has created 15 new jobs - some of which are now being recruited for.

A spokeswoman said: "We can confirm a new Costa Coffee drive-through store will open at Sprowston Retail Park towards the end of April 2023.
"The opening of the drive-through has created 15 new jobs and will allow visitors to pick up their favourite crafted coffee.
"We look forward to welcoming customers into our new store."
