Two Ukrainian women who fled their homes after the outbreak of war have shared their experiences since settling in Norfolk.
Svitlana Sotnichenko, alongside her mother and sister, abandoned their lives in Kyiv to flee the violence.
The 23-year-old is now the breadwinner for her family of three.

"It was very hard," she explained.
"This situation has taken all my friends, taken my job, and half of my family.
"I felt like I was a child still, but now I cannot be a child anymore.

"I am just trying to understand how to keep going."
Viktoriia Pitiatinska, 37, left her home in Kyiv with her seven-year-old son and escaped to northern Ukraine.

They then waited 10 days for her mother to join them in Poland before settling with their host family in Wymondham.
The pair, who both left male relatives in Ukraine to fight for their homeland, now work at Coffee with Flo at Wymondham Leisure Centre and have left their host families to rent homes and establish an independent life in the market town.
