Head of Pastry Mark Mitson has created an array of cakes guaranteed to give you that spring feeling.

This includes a ‘Keep Calm and Carrott On’ cupcake and a vanilla and raspberry-filled ‘Bunnikins Biscuit’.

A dessert, called ‘Good Egg Easter Nest’, with chocolate mousse, toffee, biscuit crumb and a Mini Egg will be served in a chocolate glass and the four-tiered tea also includes savoury bites.
