A new business has launched in Norwich for city folk with less of a sweet tooth.
Happiness Platters offers charcuterie boards with the finest ingredients made to be shared at the end of the week.
Aimee Seaton-Guy started the business in November 2022 from her Taverham home.
The 36-year-old said: “Being with people I love, sharing good food, makes me happy – my hope is that my platters bring people together.
“We have busy lives, we spend all week working, taking care of our children the house, there’s always so much to do.
“I like the idea that at the end of a busy week, couples, friends, maybe a parent and older son or daughter can catch up and reconnect over one of my platters.”

The idea for offering charcuterie boards as a business came from Aimee and her husband making platters to enjoy together.
The mother of three said: “We love food and find that sharing a plate of food always gets us talking and laughing.
“My husband encouraged me to pursue it as we recently moved to Taverham from Scotland and hadn’t seen anything like this offered locally.”
The platters are so fresh that they have to be booked in advance so that everything can be ordered from specialist delis.
That leaves a small profit but Aimee wants to bring people together and get people talking over good food.
Currently Aimee offers a weekly Charcuterie platter, a s’mores box and a Brunch Box with a current special running on a Valentine's Bouquet box.

She said: “I am currently looking into offering different sizes to suit any group or family, and I am even partnering with some Airbnb owners who are reporting an increase in booking since offering this service.”
With so many delicious platters to choose from Aimee has her work cut out for her as she offers these for weekend pick up or local delivery.
She said: “They are a treat for the weekend – particularly for parents out there who don’t get to eat out much anymore.
"Order one for a Friday night, get the kids to bed and I’ll bring you one over.
"Just make sure you picked up a bottle of wine on your way home. Put your feet up and enjoy a platter with your other half and a bottle of wine."
