There are worries about crashes happening at a roundabout which is getting busier as more houses are built on the outskirts of the city.
Two Broadland Business Park workers, including Broadland District Council member for Horsford, Dave Thomas, want Norfolk County Council to introduce better signage after they were hit in the same place by separate vehicles.
The problem roundabout is on a 40mph stretch as Peachman Way meets Broadland Way close to the new McDonald's and Lidl stores near housing being built close to the NDR at Postwick.
They claim their cars were hit on the driver's side after being cut up from the right-hand lane before attempting to turn left.
No one was seriously injured but Mr Thomas, 39, and his colleague, who recorded her crash on a dashcam, fear a major accident could happen if no action is taken.
The district councillor crash happened on Friday, January 20 at 8.15am as he travelled to work.
He said: "If people are not careful there is going to be another accident and someone is going to get badly hurt."
Mr Thomas added clearer signs would go a long way to reducing accidents on it and that other colleagues had experienced "near-misses".
His work friend's car was written off for five weeks after it was hit by a passing driver at 8.30am in December on a "beautifully clear day".
Describing the crash she said: "All of a sudden a vehicle drove in front of me. I was going slowly. It was shocking. It has completely changed my opinion of driving and I have lost my faith in people.
"It has definitely got busier on that roundabout because of Marsh and Broadland District Council moving on to the park."
Alan Woods, Postwick Parish Council chairman, said: "There are 700 homes going up in that area and we have concerns about the volume of traffic that would be generated."
A county council spokesman said: "Our highways team will be reviewing the existing signage and road markings on the approaches to and on the roundabout.
"If any road markings need refreshing or adding to assist drivers in keeping to the correct lane, these works will be delivered. This would be in late spring/summer when weather is better."
