An Airbnb near Wymondham took a starring role in the Hairy Biker's recent visit to Norfolk for a BBC show.

Hill Farm Barn, located in Spooner Row, was used by the bearded duo as their base during filming and the kitchen featured extensively as they cooked up a storm using local produce.

Si King and Dave Myers could be seen creating a creamy risotto, a spicy tofu dish and a tasty dessert at the property, which is owned by holiday let company Norfolk Stays.

Jane Webb, property manager, said: "It was so nice to see the home and the kitchen feature so extensively in the show.

"They stayed there for a week and were quite private but they thanked us for having them and said they loved staying there."

Hill Farm Barn was the first Airbnb bought by Norfolk lads Harry Webb and Adam Barry at the start of the pandemic, who have since grown the company and now manage 14 properties in the county.
