A person from Norwich will be skipping to the bank this Christmas after winning £100,000 in a Premium Bonds prize draw.
The winner bought their victorious bond in January 2018 and was one of eight people from the county to win a prize this month.
According to National Savings and Investments, the Norwich winner held £50,000 in bonds.
Another person from Norwich also won a prize worth £10,000 and two others from Norfolk scooped £5,000 in the draw.
Meanwhile, bondholders from the Highlands and Islands and Wandsworth won the top £1m prize this month.
Jill Waters, NS&I retail director, said: “Premium Bonds are a fun way to start saving - customers are in with the chance of winning any one of our more than 4.9 million prizes.
"People up and down the country can start their Premium Bonds journey with an initial investment of just £25.”
