Some disruption is expected across East Anglia over the next two days due to a sharp frost hitting the region.
A yellow weather warning for ice has been issued by The Met Office for the whole of Norfolk and parts of north and east Suffolk from now until midday tomorrow (Friday, December 9).
Dan Holley from Norwich-based Weatherquest tweeted: "A dusting of snow in Great Yarmouth this morning, as wintry showers feed into north and east Norfolk."
He also said that Santon Downham in west Suffolk has recorded the lowest temperature since April 3 in both counties at -4.3 degrees.
There could be some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces in these conditions, so make sure to wear shoes with good grip.
There are also some icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
The RAC recommends packing a winter kit for your car, which includes an ice scraper and de-icer, in-car phone charger, warm clothes and a blanket and jump leads as flat or dead batteries are more likely to occur in cold weather.
There are currently no reports of any school closures in Norfolk or Suffolk.
