Whether you’re hunting for a ball of yarn or hungry for a bowl of mushy peas, visiting Norwich Market will rarely leave you disappointed.

For more than 900 years, it has been at the heart of the city and on any given day it is a hive of activity full of people gathering to sample traders’ wares.

In recent years, it has become a haven for foodies but there is much more to find than a lunchtime snack.

From a florist to top-notch sandwiches, here are some of our readers’ favourite places to visit.
