A group of children have made Halloween lanterns which will be part of the Spooky City Parade.
Around 40 children and parents attended the two lantern making sessions at the Silver Road Community Centre.
The 40 lanterns will be used in the parade on Friday which starts at 6.30pm at the Castle and will see people make their way through the streets of Norwich to the Forum holding the lanterns.
Once at the Forum their will be a special creepy performance taking place and people are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes for the event.
Julie Brociek-Coulton, manager at Silver Road, said: 'The children really enjoyed getting sticky and messy.
'We are so thrilled that we can hold this and people wanted to come and support us.'
The community centre will be holding a Christmas lantern session on Saturday, November 15, from 10.00am-12.30pm and 1pm-4pm, with the theme being Penguins from the film Happy Feet.
