The firm has joined Pennies from Heaven, a social enterprise aimed at helping UK charities by encouraging businesses and individuals to donate small amounts of money every month.
The scheme works by directly donating the pennies from a payslip straight to a chosen charity. For example, if an employee earns £1,500.56, then 56p will be given to the charity, meaning the most anyone can ever pay is 99p per month.
As part of the wider Connells Group, Sharman Quinney are donating to Mind, a national mental health charity offering information, support and advice to people who are suffering with mental health problems.
A spokeswoman said: "We are also proud to fundraise for our local Mind charity. CPSL Mind supports communities throughout Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire."
