The team at Vauxhall retailer Thurlow Nunn in Mile Cross Lane, Norwich, is celebrating after achieving outstanding results in Vauxhall's customer satisfaction surveys in the second half of 2016.

The results of Vauxhall's Purchase Satisfaction survey, which looks at the Vauxhall customer experience after buying a new vehicle, highlight the fantastic level of service customers can expect from the sales team at Thurlow Nunn's Mile Cross Lane dealership. The surveys, which form part of the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction programme, saw the Norwich retailer benchmarked against more than 300 retailers and achieve a minimum of a nine out of 10 from 100% of customers when asked if they were likely to recommend Thurlow Nunn to a friend.

Testament to the team at Thurlow Nunn Norwich, the results generated have been recognised by Vauxhall and have set the retailer in good stead for 2017, with the team anticipating a great outcome to the first half of 2017.
