NMG delighted by double success at Kia dealer awards

NMG has again proved itself to be one of the top-performing Kia dealers in the UK with two top awards at the brand's annual dealer conference.

Norfolk Motor Group (NMG) won two top awards for its outstanding achievements throughout 2016 as one of the best performing Kia dealers.

The awards were presented to the winning dealerships at Kia Motors (UK) annual dealer conference in Liverpool and, with 187 dealerships across the UK, these awards highlighted exceptional work.

NMG was awarded two awards:

National After Sales Excellence Award 2016 which is judged on a combination of competitive parts sales volume, spend on accessories per unit and overall customer service retention.

National Kia Customer Experience Awards 2016 as one of the top 25 dealers in the Kia network. The dealerships are judged on a combination of sales, service performance in customer satisfaction indices and mystery shops completed by Kia Motors (UK) and independents throughout the year.

Grant Long, NMG’s managing director, said: “I am absolutely delighted that NMG collected these awards. I am so pleased for our staff who work very hard to live our company motto – Nobody Tries Harder Than NMG… Nobody” – and for the customers to support us, and Kia to recognise this achievement of outstanding service, is a proud moment in NMG’s history.”

“Everyone within the Kia dealer network has worked very hard to achieve yet another record-breaking year in 2016 and with 10 new products coming to the UK in 2017 we’re excited to see the continued successes that this brings.”

This year will see exciting new developments for Kia and its dealer network, with the launch of the all-new Rio and Picanto as well as two all-new models in segments that Kia has not previously been in. It is also the seven-year anniversary of the launch of the seven-year warranty across the range.
