Plans to turn a former city clothes factory into flats will come before Norwich City Council's planning committee next week.
Applicant Ingram PTP has asked the city council for permission to turn the empty offices of the Wensum Clothing factory in Northumberland Street into six apartments.
The proposal is for three one-bedroom flats and three two-bedroom flats.
Concerns has been raised that there is no parking at the proposed flats and that it could lead to further parking problems in the street.
But officers are recommending that the plans are approved,
