Proposals to re-roof a grade two listed building to make it watertight have been submitted to Norwich City Council.
Applicant Bayer Cropscience Ltd is hoping to carry out the work at Hill House Farm, Hellesdon Hall Road.
They say its been brought to their attention by the tenants that the roof is failing to prevent water from entering the building.
Planning documents state previous attempts to patch up the roof have not worked.
The new proposal is to remove the tiles, repair any damage and put in roofing felt to try and prevent any further problems.
