COMEDIAN and best selling author Shappi Khorsandi is coming to Great Yarmouth with her new tour - Dirty Looks and Hopscotch.

The show tells the story of how as a girl Shappi dreamed impossibly romantic dreams - and still does.

The Iranian-born comic, who has been touring the UK continuously to sold-out theatres for the past three years, will be bringing her unique act to St George's Theatre on Saturday, December 8.

As well as her non-stop touring Shappi has notched up several high profile television appearances including Live At The Apollo, Channel 4's Comedy Gala and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.

She has also been nominated at the prestigious 2010 British Comedy Awards in the Best Female Comic category up against fellow nominees Jo Brand and Sarah Millican.

And it is not just her skills on stage that have been praised as her debut book, the autobiographical A Beginners Guide To Acting English, has received critical acclaim.
