He is described as a 'young at heart' dog who is never happier than when playing with his favourite toys.
But what would make Billy happier than anything is a permanent new home.
The 11-year-old Collie cross is currently being looked after by the team at the Dogs Trust rehoming centre in Snetterton.
A spokesman for the centre said: 'Billy is still young at heart.
'This affectionate boy loves people above anything else and is never happier than when he's playing with his favourite toys.
'Billy is looking to be the only pet in the home where he can have his new owners all to himself. He already knows his basics and walks nicely on the lead.
'Billy will need to live in an adult-only home, with owners who can spend time getting to know him.'
