Weather for Lord Mayor’s Celebration
It looks like being a mixed weekend’s weather for the Lord Mayor’s Celebration in Norwich.
Friday’s opening will be cloudy and feeling warm during the afternoon with light winds. The Met Office says temperatures are expected to peak at 24C.
Umbrellas may be needed on Saturday and Sunday as it starts to fee cooler with a chance of rain or showers at times.
The weather is looking dry for Saturday’s 5pm procession with a 10pc chance of rain.
The fireworks display at 10:30pm will see highs of 16C with a 10pc chance of rain. Visibility will be good but still cloudy.
On Sunday there will be an increased chance of rain in the afternoon as the festivities come to an end.
