A Christmas dementia-friendly cafe was held at Norwich railway station.
The work of the some Norwich City Dementia Action Alliance members - Age UK Norwich, Greater Anglia and East of England Co-op - was highlighted and Lord Deputy Mayor Martin Schmierer gave a brief speech.
Norwich South MP Clive Lewis also visited the event, as well as the Wymondham Dementia Support Group, the Admiral Nurses team and some representatives from fellow alliance members.
Heather Edwards performed Christmas carols, joined by some volunteer carol singers.
And a highlight was a visit from Father Christmas, reindeers, elves and the miniature donkeys.
Age UK Norwich dementia development lead, Marie Lucas, said: 'It's a remarkable event.
'And this shows how much difference we can do for the people affected by dementia in Norfolk.'
