A broken down car was left blocking part of the A47 causing huge delays for drivers near Norwich.
The Nissan Juke was blocking one lane near the A11 turnoff and the Thickthorn Interchange.
Heavy traffic built westbound on the road in the Cringleford area building back towards the Ipswich Road roundabout.
Police were called to the scene at 1.26pm where they remained as the vehicle awaited recovery.
