The Norwich Quaker meeting house is offering its 'peaceful environment' for free weekly sessions.
The Grade II listed building, which has served as a Quaker meeting house for almost 200 years, will host 'Still in the City' every Wednesday from April 3.
Open to the public, these sessions will run from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, providing a peaceful hour in the bustling city.
Toni Berry of Norwich Quakers, said: “The idea is to offer members of the public a space in which they can recover after a hectic day, whether at work, shopping or looking after children.

"We hope that this can really help people to wind down and get more out of the rest of their day."
'Still in the City' will be free of noise and organisers say it is no hassle and no catch.
The informal drop-in is for anyone in the city that could use a moment of de-stressing before heading home.
Located on Upper Goat Lane, the Quaker Meeting House is easily accessible, being situated near the St Giles Car Park, a short walk from the city market and taxi rank.
