A woman is to stand trial after a dog injured a man while being dangerously out of control.
Kate Fowle, 44, of Rectory Lane, Great Ellingham, Attleborough, has been charged with being the owner/person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
She appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court today, which heard the incident occurred in the rear garden of a property on Long Street, Great Ellingham on March 21 this year.
A not guilty plea was entered by the defendant who will now stand trial at the magistrates court in Norwich on September 4 this year.
She was granted unconditional bail.
