Sound of Music sing-along to take place at Norwich Cathedral
Norwich is soon going to be alive with the sound of music.
Spectrum Screen Events is putting on a sing-along screening of the popular 60s film in the city on Saturday, February 10.
The event will take place at Norwich Cathedral between 6.45pm and 11pm and is set to feature vocal accompaniment from the Broad Beat Choir.
A licensed bar and snacks will be available on the night and attendees are invited to come in costume.
Directed by Robert Wise, The Sound of Music is a 1965 musical film based on the true story of the Von Trapp Family singers, starring Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer.
The plot follows Maira, a young Austrian woman, who is sent to the villa of a retired naval officer and widower to become governess to his seven children.
Tickets for the sing-along screening are on sale now and cost £15.
