Friends and families are celebrating landmark birthdays and time together at Let's Rock Norwich! music festival today.
Adam Sparks, from Lowestoft, was treated to a surprise 30th birthday by his friends who bought tickets for the one-day retro gig at Earlham Park.
Mr Sparks and his friends dressed up in eye catching superhero outfits to celebrate.
The 30-year-old said: 'It has been awesome and really cool today. It is a good way to get together.'
His friend Dale Williams, 28, from Lowestoft, said: 'Let's Rock Norwich! Is something different for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere is perfect.'

The group of friends were dressed up as Batman, Hulk Hogan, and computer game characters Mario and Luigi.
Another group of family and friends enjoying the music at Let's Rock Norwich! Is Estelle Jenner, Annette Story, Toni Anderson and Carrie Lewis, from the Lowestoft area.
The group were wearing matching black and fluorescent outfits.
Mrs Jenner, 45, from Kessingland, said: 'Today is about getting together and letting our hair down. The atmosphere today is relaxed, chilled out and really happy.'
She praised site security and the group, which was looking forward to Banarama and Nik Kershaw, felt safe during the festival.
Dereham friends John Langman, 50, and Mike O'Brien, 49, were dressed as the iconic Blues Brothers.
Mr Langman said: 'We went to Rewind festival at Henley last year and it was a great laugh and a good day out.
'We are particularly looking forward to Go West and Captain Sensible was surprisingly good.'
Mr O'Brien said: 'It is brilliant the festival is in Norwich. There is a great atmosphere. Life is supposed to be fun so let us get on with it.'
There was also a strong contingent of people marking hen dos at the festival.
