Exciting new ooncept restaurant, Socius, set to open in Burnham Market, 2018.

An intriguing new concept dining experience is set to open in Burnham Market next spring.

Co-directors Dan Lawrence and Natalie Stuhler will open Socius in one of the new units at Foundry Place, bringing with them 25 years of industry knowledge, and ambitious plans to create a destination eatery.

The design-led interior is expected to be extremely contemporary, with an open kitchen and al fresco south-facing terrace.

While the menu of small, tapas-sized plates of locally sourced, seasonal food, will, says Dan, reflect the duo’s travels around the world – from the hot dogs of New York, to three star Michelin restaurants.

Sundays will see meat being carved tableside by the team of chefs.

And, intriguingly, they also promise an ‘unforgettable’ dessert offering.

We’ll have a full run down of the menu, concept and more in the New Year – so watch this space.
