Lawn bowls action continues for Fakenham’s Jamie Chestney, with round five of the fours, and Wisbech-born Ellen Falkner taking to the rink in women’s triples action. If her trio progress they will play in tonight’s quarter-finals between 3.45-4.45pm.

Finally, Games medallists Laura Massaro and James Willstrop – who both won silver in their singles events – will be back in squash action as they look to try and taste more glory in Glasgow. The will be in women’s and men’s doubles pools action.
