I think this is a good move. I have a feeling that the Hooper and Van Winkle moves aren't going to happen. I posted on another board that these signings are more of a stop gap before getting someone else in the summer. I like Holt, but he doesn't have the pace to play the system Hughton wants and score goals. On another note, does anyone know how much QPR have spent this window? I seem to remember that Redknapp reckoned they were skint and weren't going to do what the club had done previously as there were players on silly money. Now I see they have bought Samba for a club record fee and will pay him £100000 a week! I so hope this backfires and they go down.
