As I understand it, and correct me if I'm wrong, these days the manager comes up with his wishlist of players and then the club does the negotiating without him being involved. The names mentioned suggest that Hughton is aiming high and it's now in the club's court to get one of them. Failing that, Luton have got a striker who can score against Premier League teams. Could be a bargain!
