Blofield took full advantage of a blank afternoon for morning leaders Acle by hitting top spot after a 3-1 win at Caister.

Acle’s game at Norwich Ceyms was postponement because of the rain, with Blofield now ahead by three points thanks to goals from Stephen Burdett, Chris Holmes and a home player. Grant Johnson scored for Caister.

The clash between Dersingham and Spixworth was also a casualty of the weather but they remain in third and fourth place respectively.

Goals from Kyle Wright, Connor Charlesworth (2) and P Petique saw St Andrews beat Cromer Town (Ben Graver and Karl Horton) 4-2 to climb to fifth in the table. Neil Hurren scored for Beccles Town in a 1-1 draw at home to Mattishall with Jake Anema replying.

Reepham Town beat Loddon United by the odd goal in five. Andrew Moody, Ben Soanes and a Robert Dodd penalty scored for Reepham Town whilst Josh Gunton and Garry Summons were the Loddon United scorers.

In the day’s other match, Wroxham Reserves won away at Sheringham 6-0.

Division One leaders Long Stratton were held 1-1 at Aylsham. Mark Gaskin scored for the hosts with John Curtis replying.

Foulsham, who were without a game, lost second spot to Bradenham Wanders who drew 1-1 at Horsford. Thomas Spalding was the Wanderers scorer while Ross Pantry was on target for Horsford United.

A brace from Fionn Goodwin-Wright and a Ben Warren goal gave Harleston a 3-2 win at Holt, who had a brace from Lee Clarke. The win moves Harleston into fourth.

Hellesdon went to bottom club Corton and suffered a 5-3 defeat. Matthew Anderson, with a hat-trick, including two penalties, Jonathan Jarvis and Thomas Markham were on target for Corton with Hellesdon’s goals from Glen Spooner (2) and Daniel Whitman. Hempnall lost 2-1 at home to Stalham.
