Three more people have been arrested on suspicion of the black-market sale of Olympics tickets.
Two men and one woman, who are also suspected of fraud, were arrested yesterday by detectives from Operation Podium.
Scotland Yard said the two men, aged 33 and 44, and the women, 46, were bailed to return on a date in early July.
A 39-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday on the same charges and was bailed to the same date.
Elsewhere, a senior Olympic official from Ukraine has been dismissed after being filmed apparently offering to sell tickets.
A statement by the Ukraine Olympic Association read: “The NOC Executive Board made a decision that the condemned act committed by Volodymyr Gerashchenko violates the fundamental principles of the Olympic Charter, the rules of the IOC Code of Ethics.
“According to the NOC of Ukraine Statutes, Volodymyr Gerashchenko should be excluded from the Members of the NOC of Ukraine for violation of membership obligations.”
