Saturday’s opponents Swansea City are next up in our ‘Norwich City Win, Lose or Draw’ game where Canaries fans get to pit their wits against our writers and columnists.

To send a link to this page to a friend, you must be logged in.

Before every Premier League game our panel - including Norwich City Hall of Famer Iwan Roberts, commentator Chris Goreham and TV presenter Simon Thomas - will submit their predictions.

Norwich City fans will cast their vote in the poll on this page and the outcome with the largest percentage the day before the game will be the fans’ prediction.

Guessing the correct outcome (win, lose or draw) will result in one point, with two bonus points on offer for guessing the correct goal deficit.

  • I might be pessimistic. I prefer to think I'm just an observer of form. Norwich have failed to win back to back wins or even string two good performances together. Their away form is woeful and their manager is a dullard. The fans will do the club proud (as they always do) but I fear the team will not. I'm thinking 3-1 Swansea.

  • 1-1 and both teams relatively happy with the result.

  • SKY pundit tips a 2-0 win for Swansea. His rationale being that Swansea are on the up after a good result, its a 6 pointer for them, and that Norwich are very poor and timid travellers. Sadly I tend to agree with his assessment. Also, he has called our last few games quite accurately. I'd love to think that we can continue as Swansea's bogey side, but something has going to have to change if we are to. Fingers crossed!!

  • The colour of the away kit is an irrelevant distraction. The real meat of the result prediction is the current form and stats. Norwich's away form is woeful. The worst goals against record away from home-34 goals conceded! The last two away performances against Villa and Southampton have been unacceptably poor. The only positive is that this fixture comes on the back of a welcome win against a weak Sunderland side. Nothing else has changed! The Manager is the same, the squad is the same. I fully a expect another disappointing away display and a free scoring opponent to score at least 3 and Norwich unable to respond.

  • Indeed, S\O. For once we concur. `Cushie` was not the best acquisition that Chrissy ever made. But at least he`ll feel more at home in the North-East. Becchio was also another stroke of genius. Again, we concur! I feel so happy. Chrissy`s a genius. No doubt. A bit like a pale shadow of you.

  • Hows Butterfield getting on again. Oh, it appears he's scored 1 goal in the championship and failed to maintain a regular spot in the squad. But...But, I thought he was the next Lionel Messi? I have been pondering which league one club we are going to loan Becchio to next season as well. Colchester? Peterborough? Port Vale perhaps?

  • Simple, if we put two good games together and win, we deserve to say up, if we turn turtle and lose, we deserve to go down.

  • Yes, same set-up, perhaps with Hooper in place of RvW? There`s always the surprise element of Becchio... Pity we don`t still have Butterfield... Sunderland ran Liverpool close last night, but zero points. Time to stop relying on the failure of others, Chrissy. Swansea are better than Sunderland - but they are not brilliant. A point, please. Not abject surrender.

  • ScotCan, I thought last season`s away kit was mostly white and this year`s largely black? Ooops! Got Swansea and Norwich mixed up! I remember now - the licorice allsort kit was very slimming for Holty! What would Andre Marriner do?

  • We need to stick with the same team and formation as last weekend. Please don't wear the jinxed away kit. Going to be difficult to get all 3 points having seen how well they played against the Gunners. Would still like to see Redmond played up front giving us real pace and something different for their defence to worry about. If we beat them I think we'll stay up. Important we get something given teams around us have easier games coming up. 5-6 points out of the next 3 games should see us ok, a loss and I'd worry we'll struggle to survive.

  • I'd be delighted with a draw in this game. But I don't think it's the end of it if we lose. If we were to win I think that would make us far more likely than not to stay up. So I'll be having everything crossed and hope for a win, but I'm not going to be full of rage if we lose. Will just make the end of the season more exciting...

  • Swansea had a tough battle with Arsenal last night so the relative lack of rest between games is to our advantage. On the other hand, getting a draw against Arsenal away from home was a bit of a coup really. Then again, their fans regard us as a bit of a bogey team for them. Norwich had a really good game on Sunday and I thought Liverpool had a harder time against Sunderland tonight in some respects than we did at the weekend, which tends to make me think that dismissing the win against Sunderland as just being poor competition doesn't really do Norwich's performance justice. True that we haven't had back to back wins this season, but that doesn't rule it out this time if the team puts their minds to it. Overall I've opted for score draw though.

  • Big game for both sides and potentially a nervy one. Will we see another high scoring match? I put this down as a one goal defeat but these days who knows? I'd be overjoyed with a win but will be hosting my lads birthday party Saturday so won't even get to listen. OTBC

  • That`s totally wrong, kenfoggo. The optimists (ie the sensible people) have calculated that, since we beat Sunderland 2-0 and Liverpool only managed 2-1, we are better than Liverpool! So, when the Scousers come a` calling in April, we`ll beat them, say, 3-2. Easy-peasy. We may pull off a surprise at Swansea, I hope so. Trouble is, we proper Norwich fans, though being truly delighted, will have to put up with all the ensuing Happyclappy bollox from the usual suspects.

  • Agree, Swansea is not a must-win; a draw will suffice. I voted for a score-draw still I hope we don't play for a draw. Based on form however, BW's pessimism is warranted.
