Saturday’s opponents Manchester United are next up in our ‘Norwich City Win, Lose or Draw’ game where Canaries fans get to pit their wits against our writers and columnists.

To send a link to this page to a friend, you must be logged in.

Before every Premier League game our panel - including Norwich City Hall of Famer Iwan Roberts, commentator Chris Goreham and TV presenter Simon Thomas - will submit their predictions.

Norwich City fans will cast their vote in the poll on this page and the outcome with the largest percentage the day before the game will be the fans’ prediction.

Guessing the correct outcome (win, lose or draw) will result in one point, with two bonus points on offer for guessing the correct goal deficit.

  • The thing I don't understand is that each week CH sets the team up with the obvious intention of defend at all costs , but the defending is woeful . How can a side with so much talent allow itself to be shackled so badly ? Where's the pride , self determination to take on and succeed in the best league on the planet ? Whilst I still want CH to go , I am amazed that our players seem oblivious to what's been happening . This can't be allowed to go on , not just for our sanity but for the sake of our league status , CH and his staff need to go and the players need to man up and step up to the plate . But until the board make a decision , we're all in this together . We need to fight against Utd , but the real test , we have to beat Palace , nothing less than three points can be acceptable .

  • Predicted a loss by four goals or more. After yesterday, I'm going to just expect the worst to avoid disappointment.

  • Since when was 442 setting up to defend? Utterly fed up after yesterday, almost as fed up with it as with seeing muppets making dumb irrational assertions about the management due to some freakish blind spot over the ineptitude of the players themselves. QPR went down last season Redknapp and all because the squad just basically wouldn't really knuckle down. All they could do was sack the dross in the end, which was half the squad. Starting to think that may be where we're at.

  • Lose by thirty four goals!, actually Gruff, its not a bad idea, then the board would really have no option. Lobbo, Stew, your good health. I sank a ship full of pinot noir yesterday, so I'm having a night off in time for the main event. Of course the real poll should be 'Which manager do you think will replace Hughton? I bet at least thirty four per cent would say Malkay

  • I anticipate, like many others a heavy defeat against Man U. The game that really matters is the visit to Crystal Palace. A poor display and defeat will mean City are in the bottom three. Hughton may be relieved of his management duties. Malky Mackay is available. An ex-Canary with the passion the club needs. Mind you he is a defender so the attacking football fans want may not happen under the Scot. Talking of Scots, another Scottish manager has more support from his sides fans than Hoots. Many still want him out. His name Paul Lambert, whose team has the worse home record in the PL!

  • Where to begin? Boxing day was woeful, the players let themselves, us and the club down! I left the ground thinking 'never again' will I pay to watch such dross - a good job our 3 season tickets are made of sterner stuff! Fulham was not down to the manager; he sent out the best we had, a side that looked capable of doing the job Maybe Wes could have started but Wes is as frustrating a player as non rose tint could watch This is proving to be a funny old season; tight at the top tight at the bottom with just about everyone losing 'banker' games Even Mr Lambert has lost the fans; pilloried in the local message boards - no plan b, too defensive etc too many managers sacked chasing a quick fix or the magic wand We need to strengthen the squad a decent CB a RB and a DCM Have a funny feeling we could get 4 from the next 6 and then life will look rosy for a while until the next disaster Here's hoping - have a good one

  • It won't be long before yet another manager is sacked by a board who are and have suffered with delusions of grandeur for so many years now. Unrealistic expectations for a club who's ultimate achievement has been to under achieve. Their biggest and only realistic task every season, is to try and stave off relegation. This may be achieved by the skin of their teeth again this season, but only because there are 3 other clubs in the Premiership who are actually as woeful as they are.

  • Predicting and therefore voting for Norwich to lose by 34 goals or more is a protest vote for sure. Capitulation, that's what people are expecting tomorrow. Let's hope the players show a different side to themselves than recent events have shown. Of course they need to be told to go out and try, not defend, defend, defend. Oh and fight until the end like we used to see.

  • I agree with mjc. The pride and passion and never-say-die spirit that epitomised us under Lambert has disappeared. And with it the one key asset we had. We were and are never going to have the talent at our disposal to compete with the top clubs. But much can be achieved by a group of players who are totally together and fighting a collective battle. Sadly we have lost that along with the best part of 30 million quid - which has bought us nothing. While realistically I don't expect us to get anything out of the game today, what I want to see is a whole-hearted display with every one of the eleven on the pitch putting in 100%. I will accept defeat. But what I cannot continue to stomach is a lack of effort and commitment, especially from our midfield. Yes, we are short in that area but that does not mean they do a "no show". They must work their socks off to hassle and challenge and try to prevent United dominating the midfield. The Parker goal epitomised the weakness we show - never got near him, allowed him to set himself up and shoot. The one player near him didn't even put him under any pressure let alone make a meaningful tackle. And for goodness sake, when we form a defensive wall, stay in place and do your job! Norwich expects.....
