The national newspapers’ views on Norwich City’s 1-0 win over Arsenal.
Sunday Mirror: “Quite simply, Norwich were braver, more intense and defended for their lives. Arsenal were never allowed to find their rhythm or momentum.”
The Mail on Sunday: “On a night when Chris Hughton’s Norwich fought for all they were worth, this was Arsenal at their infuriating worst. Lots of possession but very little end product.”
The Observer: “The shadow of Paul Lambert is one Chris Hughton has struggled to emerge from, but he can rightly feel a large step into the light has been taken.”
The Independent: “None worked harder or to greater effect than Tettey, a commanding figure in only his fourth game in English football . . . his partnership with Johnson being a crucial element.”
The Sunday Telegraph: “In deepest Norfolk, Arsenal walked headlong into an ambush, outrun and out-thought by a Norwich team fighting for their Premier League survival.”

Aaah, that was another board, waclor. You refer to the similar effect that being bed or bench-ridden can have on the sensitive regions of a spare goalie?

Sorry Brewer I suffered an error 503 and something called guru meditation. This comment was intended to follow yours concerning the Norwich goalkeeper crisis.

Brewer you are very unkind. Bedsores are no joke and can be very painful.
