Norwich City are on the verge of signing Belgian midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe according to reports this morning.

The Canaries have reportedly agreed a fee of around £4m with Club Brugge for the 25-year-old, who has won five caps with the national side.

Odjidja-Ofoe was due to arrive in England today to discuss personal terms with Norwich City boss Neil Adams, who is keen to bring in another midfielder in the wake of Leroy Fer’s departure to QPR.

It promises to be a hectic few days before the transfer window closes on Monday, September 1 at 11pm.

Norwich have also been linked with Juventus defender Frederik Sorensen, who almost joined Leeds United earlier this summer.

Genoa, Olympiacos and Hellas Verona are also interested in the 22-year-old Dane, who has been capped five times for Denmark Under 21s.

Adams could be in the market for a defender after Ryan Bennett underwent surgery on an ankle injury sustained in the East Anglian derby against Ipswich. The former Posh defender is expected to be out for several weeks.

One other name has been thrown into the frame this morning in the form of Falkirk midfielder Conor McGrandles.

The 18-year-old has been earning rave reviews for the Bairns with Aston Villa also reportedly keen on his signature.

However, Norwich could hold all the cards given the fact that McGrandles worked with Canaries assistant boss Gary Holt when he was manager of the Scottish Championship side.
