  • Lovely move to bring a young Brazilian Canaries fan to Carrow Road. Togetherness in defeat means elevated appreciation in victory. Restoring calm to the mind in both situations is desirable and helps in moving forward. Kipling understood that ..... "If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two imposters just the same" Inflated emotions are dangerous when they reach fever pitch - remember the Colombian defender at one World Cup who unfortunately put through his own goal and was shot dead by a 'fan' on his return home! A sense of humour helps as in Ken Dodd's. observation "Football - the only game where ordinary people can hurl insults at millionaires!" Let's meet the lad and may he enjoy his trip to the home of a balanced outlook
