  • Are you using a space in your user name? Needs to be an underscore.

  • Jokes aside folks, give this a go. I did it last season and did surprisingly well...although was it surprising considering im likely the biggest pessimist when it comes to predictions. Anyone got an official Premier League fantasy league going? I know the Twitter NCFC fans will but didnt know if you guys have.

  • ... though in Archie`s defence, this may be his way of keeping 1p5wich trolls away. Not that they`d find it too difficult to get round that `Maginot Line`. It`s funny what Archie can and cannot "filter". Or wish to filter... Trolls & identity thieves are OK, while bona fide contributors are constantly troubled with spurious censorship. And that pesky pollpay advert.

  • Aah, the link is different to yesterday`s (I think). I`ve found the enrolment form, complete with its Catch-22-esque Loyalty Oath. In light of what TGWS & cutty have said, and to show solidarity with our expat friends, I think I`ll give it a miss.

  • .....Got it sorted yet Archie?....I'll give it another go later on....and then give up! ..pity really as I fancy a 3\1 win against Wolves providing of course that Hoolahan is running the show!.....

  • TGWS, Wherry`s not from `south of the border`! It`s from the Peoples` Republic of Woodbastwick. Ghost Ship is the only Adnam`s beer I find remotely palatable. How did you get to view this `crazy competition? I cannot get past the expat level.

  • Exactly canuk. Forced to enter some random county and postal code for lack of other options, and then you win and they say you've falsified your information and don't get as much as a lollypop.

  • Now call me foolish but I've just had a look at this crazy 'competition'. Obviously Archibald does not think Kyle Lafferty will last the distance, his name does not appear on their list of goalscorers (but RVW does!). How can you accurately predict if this is the case. Oh, and what if Wolves score first? Does that void the guess? Give me another Adnams, a Ghostship this time please!!

  • I think we'll finish in first place because anything else will be a failure. Well, except second. Actually, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth will do if we win the play-offs.

  • 2nd place finish with 86 points, 24 wins, 14 draws and 8 loss. Goals 78, with Grab 17 and Laff 8, 42 against. Can't be bothered with the rest of it or trying to work the site.

  • Not as bullish as you Brew. 18 wins 14 draws and 14 defeats. Eighth or ninth finish. F 68 A 72. Top scorer O'Neil with 15 (including 8 penalties). Blackpool to win the league.

  • Unlike the Brewer, it would appear that Archibald cannot organise a P155 Up in a brewery. It is my belief that they believe broadband is what's painted along the side of a wherry or similar below the vessel name. Now talking of Wherry, that or a nice Broadside beckons me. In facto, are they allowed being as they're from South of the Border as it were.

  • Being a very unlucky gambler, I never want to predict scores or end positions as I do not want to jinx our fine team. I will simple live in hope or should that read Sprowston. OTBC.

  • It`s not just you expats. I cannot `get in` either. Mind you, I am more than 1 mile from the Woolpack. The IT manager at Archant still uses wooden chips and sisal-fibre Broads-band. Summary for this season: 23 wins - 14 draws - 9 defeats. 72 for - 48 against. 83 points. 3rd. place. Top scorer: Hooper with 9. The rest evenly spread around. Don`t ask me the outcome of the play-offs. I can`t see the future.
