Interestingly, the only day the phone didn’t ring with either viewing requests or valuations was Christmas Day! This only confirms the fact the property market is extremely buoyant.

Putting your property on the market and the process of moving home is one of the most momentous events to occur during your lifetime, whether it is getting on the bottom of the ladder for the first time buyer, going up the ladder as your family size increases or down-sizing as the family flies the nest.
