Robert Hurst, chartered surveyor and auction manager, said one of the highlights was the sale of the former Wesleyan chapel on Trinity Street in Bungay. 'The most recent use for the building was as a chattels auction room so it was appropriate that we sold the building by auction. With a guide of £190,000 to £220,000 it generated significant interest and finally sold for £256,000. On Thursday evening we held another auction in Ipswich and at 12 noon on Friday we held our third auction in a week in Kings Lynn. We are now taking entries for our eighth and final auction of the year on Wednesday 6th December with a closing date for entries in early November.
